Experiential meditation
Guided Rajyoga practice to settle the mind and feel the peace within.
A pause · A reset · A return to your truest self
A four-day Rajyoga retreat in the Aravalli hills of Mount Abu, with time to pause, reflect and reconnect with the peace within.
About the retreat
Between responsibilities, expectations and the pace of everyday life, our own inner voice can become difficult to hear. We may be achieving much, yet still long for peace, purpose and a clearer sense of direction.
This four-day residential retreat at Mount Abu offers time to pause, understand the thoughts and emotions behind our inner conflicts, and reconnect with the peace and strength within.
Rooted in the spiritual wisdom of Brahma Kumaris, the retreat invites you to explore yourself beyond your roles and responsibilities. Through Rajyoga meditation and gentle self-reflection, discover how inner awareness can bring greater clarity to your choices and relationships.
Return to everyday life with a calmer perspective and a deeper connection with yourself.

About Brahma Kumaris
Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University is an international spiritual organisation dedicated to awakening the goodness within every human being. Established in 1936 through Prajapita Brahma Baba, this women-led movement grew from a small gathering in Hyderabad, Sindh, into a worldwide spiritual family.
Rajyoga nurtures awareness of the self as a soul, a being of consciousness whose original qualities include peace, love and inner strength, and a loving connection with the Supreme Soul, God. Practised through study, meditation and everyday values, it becomes a gentle foundation for clearer thinking, compassionate relationships and inner stability.
When we reconnect with who we truly are, clarity begins to emerge from within. From understanding to experience
